Run Pub. document from Access?

I have an invoice form in Publisher that prints on custom
forms and uses an access data base for information. I
wanted more users to be able to print these forms without
giving them access to the data base itself. Can I just
open and print this Publisher form from Access? It
contains a lot of elements and would be time-comsuming to
try to recreate it in Access.

Nope - Publisher uses a proprietary format that cannot be opened in any
other Office application.

it in Access.

Then why didn't you create it in Access in the first place?! I've been
creating invoices in Access for years. This shows a lack of thought - had
you done some research beforehand, you wouldn't be having this problem now!
There is no method (that I'm aware of) to make a Publisher document
universally editable by those who do not have Publisher. You're going to
have to recreate it in Access.
