SAVE AS slowness

Greetings,

I have an odd problem. I just upgraded to Office 2003.
Whenever I click "SAVE AS" I lose control of the program
for over a minute, and it is listed as "not responding"
in the task list. Other sofware does not have this
problem.

Thoughts?
