Saved a template in Word 2003, but can't find it (File/New...Gene.

I could save a template in Word 2002, then bring it up by going to File/New
or Start/New Office Document, and it would appear in the General tab. But in
Word 2003, I can't find it anywhere. What's going on?

You need to save/move the template to the user templates directory as
specified under Tools>Options>File Locations. The path is usually

c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
