Saving an Attachment

I am trying to make up a rule in Outlook 2002 to take
every message with Subject "ACT! Sync" and save the
attachment to a particular folder, then delete the
message... I'm sure I have to write a script or perform a
custom action, but I'm not sure on how to do this.. can
somebody help?
