Good morning:

I'm running Word 2002 and have used the Save as Web page feature in the past
to quickly extract graphics from a Word document in .png format. I ran
through the same set of steps this morning, but find that Word is only saving
the graphics as .gif files. Is there some setting that I can change to force
Word to create .png files from the graphics when I Save As Web page? Thanks.

Try Tools>Options>General>Web Options>Browsers>Allow PNG as a graphics
format. It may have changed if you changed your browser targeting to an
older version browser.

Allan:

This worked perfectly. Thanks.
