Saving Documents

Hi

All of a sudden, I am unable to save my documents using Word 2003. I can
create a document but, for example, when I click on the Save As option,
nothing happens. The same thing happens if I go to close the document. The
dialog box comes up asking me if I want to save my document but when I say
yes, nothing happens.

Can anyone help please?

Have you activated Word? Help>Activate Product.
