Saving html file

I have a 4-page publisher document that I want to save as
an html document. When I do this, I end up with a file
with the html extension as well as a folder containing all
the images.

Also, I will eventually ftp the 4-page document to a
website. I'm not sure how to do this with one file, and
one folder full of images?

Any guidance for this new user who has been thrust into a
job with no experience?

Many thanks

Ihave the file saved as a pdf. Currently, users much
click on a link to download the pdf file to view the 4-page
document. Can I display the contents of the pdf directly
on the website without having the users to download the
file onto their computer?

I am really sorry for these basic questions.

When you say that the file "downloads", do you mean that they have to tell
the compter to either run or save the file and if it's a save, where they
want the file? Or do you mean, it opens Acrobar for them automatically and
displays the file?

(I've learned that sometimes we phrase things differently than others. I'm
just trying to understand what you are asking before I respond.)

If they have a recent version of Adobe Reader installed (and it is working
correctly), then the PDF will automatically open in the browser plugin
(after a delay)
