Saving Outlook Files

I have to reinstall my W98 OS and need to save all of my
Outlook 2000 files to a CD before I attempt this
operation. How do I go about saving
my 'Inbox', 'Outbox', 'Contacts', and 'Drafts' files so
that I can back them up onto a CD in case I need to
recover them after my reinstall? And how do I get them
back onto Outlook later?
