Saving to a CD-RW

When I try to save a document that I have created in Word 2002 it says Incorrect Function, then that I do not have access to the folder and that I need to see my administrator for access to the folder. I am not on a network and I am the only person who uses this computer and I do not have an administrator set up. How can I fix this?

You should never save to removable media as it is a frequent cause of
document corruption, and you can only save to CDRW if you have software such
as Direct CD, which will allow you to do so. Save to the hard drive and copy
the file to CDRW.
