scheduling a resource to not work 3 business days each month

I have resources who cannot work on the project the first 3 buinsess days
each month. I tried using reoccurring non working days but it only appears to
apply to actual days of the month not business days i.e. if the 1'st is on
Sunday it does not move the non working day to Monday, the first business
day, so my resource shows avaialble for work. Is there an alternative to
creating a unique calendar for these resources? Thanks.

Nope. But it shouldn't take too long to just make the new calendar.

I was afraid this was the answer but thought I would double check and make

You are aware that you can just make one calendar and then assign it to all
of your resources with the same calendar in the resource sheet?
