Scheduling

I work for an electric company. I am trying to create a schedule for my
Technician's who are on-call. Each person is required to be on call one day
every 8 work days. I have not been successful in being able to modify
outlook's reoccurring scheduler to exclude weekends. Is there another
program that I could use? help me please!

Thank you for your help. but we already have a dispatching software. I was
looking for a calender to provide the techs. with that show the days that
they are on call.

for a printed schedule if your dispatching software will not do it for you.
