Screen Prints

Hi

I'm copying screen prints into a Word 97 doc and the later ones appear as
giant red crosses the same size as the screen print should be. Any ideas as
to why this happens?

The big red X's are caused by a memory error. You will not be able to get your screen shots back
This can happen in PowerPoint as well. The solution

1. Break up your document into smaller pieces
2. Use Snag it to do your screen shots. We have not experienced any red X's capturing our screen
shots with this program. It is 29.95 and you can download a demo version to try it out. After using Snag it, I will never use print screen for any of my documentation. In snag it, you are able to just capture what you need, thus making your file smaller. Their website is snagit.co
