Scripts to Behaviors Task Plane?

How do I add downloaded Scripts to Behaviors Task Plane? I have sent the to C:\Documnets and Settings..........Aplication Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\Behaviors\Actions but they do not apear in task plane when I get ready to use them. I see them in the file but not on the task plane menu.

Did you copy your .js and associated .htm files to the folder:
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\FrontPage\Behaviors\Actions

How did you create the .htm?
