If I type something in Word, then immediately try scrolling up or down with
my laptop's scroll pad, it will start to scroll, but it won't allow me to
scroll the cursor off the screen. It allows the cursor to get within one
line from the top or bottom of the window, and if you try to scroll any
further, it bounces, as if it scrolls one line further then jumps back.
Strangely, it works fine if you just click somewhere in the document then
scroll. Is there a way to make this stop happening? Much like every feature
of Office 2007, it's really annoying.
