scrolling

I want to make a graphic scrollable on a powerpoint slide, is there a way to
do that in powerpoint 2000? I read the posts in regards to 2003 and have
added the scroll bar from the control toolbar, but can not make it scroll the
graphic on the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
