Security Upgrade

The last Security Upgrade for Outlook 2003 downloaded OK, but will not
install. Everytime I close Windows it attempts to install again, and again,
and again...

I tried downloaded again, sucessfully, but then it will not install.

I even tried it on two other computers with the same result.

I am using Windows XP (home) and Small Business Office 2003

Anybody have any suggestions?
