Send first?

Our CEO wants to be able to send messages before receiving them (so while on the road she can send out quick emails without having to download 100 emails first).

Outlook 2003 using POP - anyone know how to do this? Is it possible?

Thanks

The default is to send before receive. It's an option of the account
defintion.

Tools -> Email Accounts -> View or Change -> pick an account, click
Change -> More Settings -> Outgoing Server tab

The option is "Log on incoming mail server before sending mail". Some
ISPs require you to receive before send. Make sure it is NOT selected.
You will then log onto the outbound mail server before your log onto the
incoming mail server (i.e., you will send before receive).
