power point froze you cant do any thing with it it just
sits ther i cant close cause i need thd information

Depending on the version of PowerPoint, you will need to press CTRL-ALT DEL
to bring up the Task Manager and select the "not responding" PowerPoint and
click "End Show". After it quits, try reopening PowerPoint and see if the
"AutoRecovered" presentation opens or you get asked to recover it. That is
about the best you can hope for. IF you still have problems, you might need
to restart your computer.

What happens when you press Alt+Tab? Normally that will switch between all
running programs. You'll want to shut down any that aren't PowerPoint. If
that still leaves you with two different PPT entries, one might be a screen
show - if so, switch to it and press ESC (even if you can't actually see the
screenshow). Or you may be able to see an icon for it on your taskbar;
right click and choose Close.
