Sending Emails

Hi All - I have a stupid question. Does anyone know how
to make Outlook send emails automatically? When I go to
send an email, it goes into the outbox. Then, I need to
click the Send/Receive button to get it to send.
Sometimes it goes on its own, but for the most part, I
need to click that button to send. Isn't there a way to
get it to automatically send when I click "Send"?
