sending excel mail

there is a feature in Excel 2003 that allows you to send a single
worksheet as the body of an email by going to file-send to-mail
recipient - then a box will come up and give you an option to send the
current sheet or whole book, i need to send the current sheet using C#

Can't help but programming is the ONLY place you needed to ask. C# is not a
worksheet function, is it?
