Sending Mail in Outlook 2003

For some strange reason when I now click on New to send a new mail message I
have a fill in box that says From. Never had that before. Now if I don't
enter my name, when the email is sent there is no From listed.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Try View | From or, if you're using Word as your editor, click the down arrow button next to Options.
