Sending mass client email using Bcc without using the "To" line

How do I send a mass email to our clients without having the person on the
"To" line being visible? I've tried sending a large email using Bcc but the
email shows the person on the "To" line along with the recipient's name from
the bcc list. How do I avoid the name on the To line showing up?
