Hello,
Does anyone have a clue how to tell outlook in Rules to send more than
one response for the same incoming email?
Example: Anyone emails us and rule one at the top of the list applies.
The next rule also applies but Outlook only sends the first one on the
list! No we don't have STOP PROCESSING RULES" checked. It just seems to
want to send the first rule even though the second is set up correctly
and applies to them.
Further example:
Customer sends an order to the company, rule one says, ok it says
"ORDER" in the subject, so send the thankyou email. It also has
"PRODUCT X" in the body, so send the instruction sheet for that product
as well. It just wants to send the first, and that's it!
Any help is appreicated!
