Seperating email accounts

I want to seperate the replies from my various email
accounts so that ones from one email account go to one
inbox and emails from another account go to another box. I
have set up the accounts in the >Tools>Email Accounts
section but I cant find a way to then seperate them, I cant
belive that its not possible to do it.

Bill,

Use the rules wizard to move incoming e-mails from one
account into a specified folder.
