"Server timed out"

[Frustrated]

When I attempt to publish a page to the web I get a quick
response that the server timed out. Any suggestions as to
what has happened and what I can do?

Been having the same problem , my ISP is Verio, they have
had a few routers down on and off. When that happens I can
not get a web to publish. Published 4-5 hours later and it
worked fine. Just keep trying, and look into changing
providers if it keeps happening.
