Service Pack 3

I keep getting a notice saying I need to update my Windows to Service Pack
3.
I have Service Pack 2 on already. I click to dowload and install it. It
then asks me to put into my cd slot "Works
Suite Word CD or DVD". I tried my 2002 Word and it didn't work. I don't
have any other disk. I put this disk in and it doesn't do anyting, says it
cannot find something or other. Any ideas? Thanks.

There is no Windows service pack 3...
From where are you getting this message? If it were a Windows update you wouldn't
have to insert an Office/Works disk.
