I have just recently purchased, and installed Office 2003 Pro. I had been
using Outlook Express, and I have Outlook at my office. On both of them I
have had no trouble setting up email rules.
However, as I try it on Outlook 2003 I am having problems with using more
than one email account. I have one account for some email forums related to
my business, and another for an organization I belong to.
One of the problems is that when I set up a rule to have email for one
account be moved into a specific folder, Outlook changes the email account
to another account. I have tried going back to the rule and changing it.
However, when I click Accept, Outlook switches the account back. The, emails
continue to go to the wrong folders. I am getting very discouraged.
I have checked with Microsoft Office Update, and I do not need any updates.
I am very frustrated.
I am about to go back to Outlook Express. However, Outlook 2003 has many
more features, and I want to be able to use it.
