Setting up Outlook

My problem, somehow, got marked as "answered." That's not the case and I
need clarification, Hal, on how to "start from scratch." Please excuse my
ignorance in this matter. I don't know how to make Outlook work. Could it
be that my computer is remembering that Outlook didn't work so well with my
earlier version of Office?? Thank you for your kind help.

Use the mail applet in the control panel to create a new profile and add
accounts. Ensure you do not select exchange option.
