I want to setup Office 2003 so that I can use Outlook on multiple systems
(all licensed). I would like to have my calendar, contacts, and tasks stay
in sync between my master system (XP) and a Windows 2000 and Windows 2003
system. This would be one-way sync from the master to the other two.
If I do not use Outlook as an email client, then all that is needed to do
is copy the master pst over the same named pst on the other machines.
However, if I use Outlook as an IMAP client, I run into difficulties
copying the master pst over the other two machine's pst file.
I tried copying the records and deleting duplicates. That works except the
slave outlook does not recognize that records have been deleted in the
master pst.
Does a nice clean way to accomplish this exist?
Thanks.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
