I am trying to find the address list to these newsgroups so that I can connect to them through Outlook express but I am having no luck. Does anyone know where a master address list is?

First you have to add a news server to Outlook Express. See if your ISP
offers one. If not, you can get to the Microsoft groups using the
msnews.microsoft.com server. Once you've added a server, you can click the
Newsgroups button to get a list of available groups.
