Share a MS Access DBS with users who don't have MS Access

I have a dbs on my computer that i want to share with others in my office.
however, they do not have MS Access and we do not think we will be able to
get it on theirs any time soon. I would like to know if there is a way they
can share the dbs via MS Excel? I would like to create some form either in
access or excel. they will be accessing records from the dbs and making
updates. what are my options?

I'm not good in VBA and looking for something thats pretty simple to try out
and upload.

Thanks.

Excel can get at the data in tables in Access with no problem. In order to
use forms or reports created in Access, though, you have no choice but to
use Access.

But that includes the Access Runtime, which is free if you use the
A2007 runtime. It can certainly run A2000- through A2003-format
MDBs.
