Sharing calendar & contacts

I have the master calendar and contact folders on my
computer. I am having trouble figuring out how to make
these calendar and contact folders the default folders on
the computers of those I am sharing with.

If I can't make that happen, I would at least like to
configure the "Outlook Today" tab to show the items from
these folders.

To show the items on OUTLOOK TODAY you can select the CUSTOMIZE button at
the tope of OLT and, under messages, choose the folder you would like to
display.
