sharing personal folders?

4 of my Outlook 2000 users need to access a .pst file
that is on a shared directory of a server.

Is it possible to share a personal folder? If not, can
anyone suggest a way these users can access this .pst ?

Certainly possible, if all four have read/write permissions to the shared
folder. However, only one person at a time will be able to open the PST
file and I doubt if that's what you want.
