Hello,
My Office shortcut bar fails to respond each time I start
my pc. I can get rid of the locked up situation by ending
the task thru ctrl/alt/del but icons in the system tray
are erratic after this. (Plus I don't have the shortcut
bar then.)
My pc did have a virus a few days ago which may have been
the initial cause of this, but the virus itself is now
gone (according to two different scanning
softwares). 'ms.app' was infected & I was advised to
delete this file, which I did.
Unfortunately, I don't have 'system restore' so does
anyone have any ideas to fix this?
(Am running Win ME with Office 97 [I think] which used to
work OK together.)
