hi! i've been struggling with this for the last couple of weeks. I have
created project and it seems like things starting acting crazy for me a few
days ago. This happens even with a brand newly created project file.
I create a task call 'build a deck', then I create a series of tasks such as
'design deck', 'buy lumber', construct deck etc. etc. I put in durations of 1
or 2 days in each. I select all of them and link them. But what the gantt
shows is the start date all the same for all the tasks. Then, if i select
tasks 2 - 10 and indent them under the first tasks, the summary duration
remains at 1day?.. thoughts? Lloyd
