Hi,
How do i create a smart doc that pulls data from a sql database?
Any links would be appreciated too.

Start at the MSDN website, search on Smart Documents. And post any
questions to the public.office.developer.smarttags newsgroup.

You must connect to SQL server from within the programming
environment you're desiging the SmartDoc in as you would for any
task. So if you don't know how to connect to SQL server in your
programming environment (such as classic VB or a .NET language),
you first need to learn how to do that.
