Somebody please help me!

When I go to sign on to Microsoft Outlook 2000, it
decided today to ask me for a password. I can't remember
my password, and can't figure out how to find it. I
can't exactly have them email my password if I can't get
into outlook, and I don't know who to contact anyway.
Does anybody know where I can go, or what telephone
number to call?

is this a password to connect to your ISP, or a password to open your pst
file?
