Source Table Name error

I am trying to import data from an SQL Server table via ODBC.

All works fine until I press FINISH at which time I keep getting the error:

"The source table name is required.
One or more to the source table fields are blank. A table name is required
for importing data".

The table name is clearly identified and is there and is the only way I can
see the fields. So that is not an issue. The fields with no data have been
removed from the mapping. -- Yet I keep getting the error and cannot move
beyond it.

Any suggestions or work arounds?
