SPAM email not work after upgrade to 2003

Dear all:

I upgrade Office2003 from OfficeXP, however, the 2003's SPAM filter function
not work, and I'm sure this function was enabled on my Office2003. But if I
install a new os on other PC and install Office2003, then SPAM email
function is work. So did I miss some upgrade step??

Remember: Outlook Mailbox Caching feature must be enabled
to be able to use higher Spam settings in Outlook2003.
OfficeXP did not have the local caching feature, so when
you upgrade it probably doesn't enable it.
Thus, your Spam filtering won't work.
