split a ms word doc file

how can split a doc or docx file ?for example split a 300 page doc file
in 3 doc file(100 page each) and then combine those
how can change arrang of pages of doc with drag (change doc map)
i inserted a chart but i can see it in print preview why?

Why do you need to split the file? In Word, it is usually easier to work
with a single file.

You can't use drag and drop to arrange the pages of a document, if that is
what you are asking. What you can do is rearrange headings, including their
subordinate text, in Outline view.

if i have a doc file with 300pages and i like save it pdf it is heavy and
hard for use
and must be split
or need split a doc file between 3 person for translating or editing

i want for exmple swap location page number 3 with 6 how can do it?

As Stefan has said, you can move text below a heading in Outline view. For
anything else, you just have to cut and paste.
