I have worked with Microsoft Works Spreadsheet for 4 years and have never had
any problem until now with printing a document. All printer settings are
okay. We recently downloaded an upgrad on our Norton Antivirus and Internet
Explorer version 7. Other than that there have been no changes. Does anyone
have any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Katy,

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Works
problems.
