there is a spring event template on the microsoft online website that I would
like to use for an event...however I want to use it in publisher (easier to
play around with graphics), and I want the background only---how do I get the
background isolated, or the name of the graphic?

It was originally created for Word. what happens is I try to "select all"
and then copy and paste, but the backdrop never carries over. (it's never
copied/pasted)

What happens if you go to View > Header and Footer in Word?
Does that allow you to select the background image?

Is it the Spring event flyer for Word?
Download it into Word, view, header and footer, select the image, copy and paste into
Publisher.
