Staggered Resource Assignment

I have two tasks that start at the same time, however one is half the
duration of the other. I have 4 workers to split between the tasks as
resource assignments. How do I assign two to each (each task requires a
minimum of two because of the nature of the tasks), and set it up so that
when the shorter task is completed the two workers on that task then switch
to the longer one?

Hi,

One way I see is to define the longer task as two tasks, one with 2 and one
with 4 people.
An alternative is to contour the work in tha task usage view.
