Start and Finish Time columns

I have the project I'm developing on a memory stick because I'm often on two
different computers. On one computer I get the Start and Finish Date AND
TIME displayed at the top of the column. On the other, it only displays the
Date. What setting have I got wrong? Many of these tasks are hours long and
only displaying the Date isn't enough.
