As a manager, using Project Server 2007 Web Access, I set up myself and my
resources to receive weekly automated email (Outlook) alerts notifying them
when weekly Status Reports need to be submitted. Under "Personal Settings"
-> Manage My Alerts and Reminders, I made sure all my alerts were set up to
receive an email alert when status reports become overdue. I received 1
email, but selected the option to continue recieving emails until the status
report is submitted. I am not getting the follow up emails like I should.
I have also created 2 dummy resources to test this on and they too only
recieved 1 email, they still have overdue status reports and are not
receiving the continued emails - can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I did go into each individuals "Manage My Alerts and Reminders" to verify
the are set corrrectly to receive ongoing emails. So it appears that the
"Manage Alerts and Reminders" are set correctly, but Outlook email is not
generating DAILY emails (it only sent the first one and nothing more).
Any assistance would greatly be appreciated ~
