Steps for creating and configuring Major Upgrade in InstallShield 10.5

Hi,
I am making a Setup.exe for an application with using Major Upgrade. I
found some tutorials for that but they are not enough. My .exe can not
uninstall my previous version. Is there something spesific for this
issue?
