Still need help with locking text in place??

Need to know how to lock text in an excel work sheet?
Like, Name: Add: Phone:
these are all on the same line becasue when you type the
name in the add and phone move.
These are the type of things I need to know how to lock in
place so that I can use the form over and over with out
things moving. I would appreciat any help in this matter.

Hi
you should use separate cells:
- one that stores your description (e.g., Name)
- one that stores the content (e.g. Miller)

But maybe I'm missing something.
