Stolen Computer

I had install Publisher 2003 on my computer and activated
it. My computer was stolen and I bought a new one. I still
had cd and installed Publisher on the new computer. When I
try to activate it it says this serial number was already
activated on another comouter. What can I do so I dont
have to re-purchase Publisher?
