Strange Problem With Context Menu

Hello Group,

I am hoping that you can help me with a strange problem we are having
with users lately. Recently we have started a migration into a new
Active Directory domain from our existing NT4 domain. New users that
we migrate into the directory are having a strange problem with
Outlook 2000. After being migrated into the directory they can no
longer right click on emails and bring up the context menu (mark as
read / unread, delete, etc.) Anyone have a clue as to why this is
happening? I have to think it is more of a client issue than a server
issue but I am open to any suggestions. Here are some details to take
into consideration:

1. Moving to an entirely new domain (not upgrading)
2. Users have new login names and hence new profiles.
3. Exchange 5.5 server is still on old NT4 domain
4. Two-way trust is set up between AD and NT4 domain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
