Summary Task Slack

Hi All

I have two sub tasks that have no slack at all, the second one is linked the
first with a standard "As soon as possible" link - each task lasts a day. In
the summary task it is showing a 1 day slack.

My question is: why does this occur when there is no slack in the sub tasks?

Hi Chris,

I can't reproduce this.
Mind you, I'm not sure of what exactly you did since there is no such thing
as a *standard "As soon as possible" link * - I suppose you mean finish to
start.
In tools, options, calculation, calculation is set to automatic isn't it?
Has any resourc eleveling been done?
